18.5" Pizzastone

Great for baking or hot stone grilling. Due to its porous nature the stone helps absorb moisture, resulting in a crisp crust. Place two next to each other for a larger baking surface. As recommended by Jamie Oliver from the Pizza chapter in "Jamie at Home": buy yourself a pizza stone from a good cook shop or a thick piece of marble or granite...

- Polished black granite, each one selected individually and checked for water cracks
- Top and sides polished for easy cleaning, use a clean, dry brush or plain water to clean the stone
- Fits 18.5" Grates
- To prevent cracking of the stone by thermal shock, the pizza stone should be placed on when you start firing the grill, and it should be allowed to cool down slowly inside the BBQ.
